Etelesolv's leadership team is a dynamic group of experienced Telecommunication professionals, visionary entrepreneurs, and accomplished developers.

They are on a quest to revolutionize telecommunication and IT management.

President

Mr. Thierry is the President, founder and driving force behind Etelesolv. His background in enterprise solution development helped propel Etelesolv from a technology start-up to Canada's leading provider of telecom expense management software.

Etelesolv reflects Mr. Thierry's expertise in e-commerce, telecom invoicing, supply chain integration, logistics, accounting, marketing, and electronic payment processing to deliver holistic enterprise solutions.

Mr. Thierry holds a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University and is a graduate of the Entrepreneur’s Masters Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for founders of high growth companies.

He is contributing member of Entrepreneurs Organization (www.eonetwork.org), CIO Association of Canada (www.ciocan.ca), and the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (www.temia.org), where he is a founding member of the ethics committee and on the executive board.

Vice-President, Sales

With over 10 years in the telecom expense management industry, Mr. Khatri heads all sales and channel partner development for Etelesolv. In his time with the company, Mr. Khatri has worked to develop multiple client and partner opportunities that have helped propel Etelesolv to Canada’s leader in telecom expense management.

Prior to Etelesolv, Mr. Khatri worked at 2 companies dedicated to telecom management software, starting as a solution specialist moving on to progressively more senior roles in sales and business development.

Mr. Khatri holds a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Concordia University and is a member of the Board of Trade of the Chamber of Commerce of Montreal.

Vice-President, Research and Development

Mr. Parisien is a true pioneer in his field with over 15 years of managing and developing customized enterprise telecom management systems. His unique approaches and processes for Telecom Expense Management have led to Telemanager’s patent-pending technology around managing real-time inventory of services.

Prior to Etelesolv, Mr. Parisien was Project Manager and Lead Developer for RBC Financial Group - Telecom Services. In this role he designed a customized a telecom management solution used by the bank’s telecom support group. The solution was credited with saving the bank millions of dollars annually in ongoing service cost reductions.

Director of Operations

As an experienced developer and system architect, Mr. Ikram was instrumental in the launch and design of Telemanager since inception in 2006. Following the rapid growth of the company, Mr. Ikram has been taking on progressively more senior roles from senior developer, to department manager to division director.

As Director of Operations, Mr. Ikram is responsible for the day to day operations that includes the project management office, support desk, implementation group and quality assurance teams.

Prior to joining Etelesolv, Mr. Ikram held software and web development positions in banking and e-commerce functions. Mr. Ikram holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Moroccan School for Engineering Sciences (E.M.S.I).

Director of Finance

With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, Mr. Nagasundaram is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of Etelesolv. During the last 5 years he has been instrumental in providing the financial control and accountability at every level of growth. These include implementation of a new ERP system, new HR policies, new budgeting models, and tracking provincial tax credits.

Prior to Etelesolv, Mr. Nagasundaram working in a variety of accounting functions in multiple countries. He is fluent in 4 languages.
