We adhere to the Telecom Expense Management Industry Code of Ethics

Guidelines

As a member of TEMIA, the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association, Etelesolv is committed to adhere to a shared Ethics Code with other members of TEMIA and the market. This Code has been communicated to all of our current employees and we have taken the responsibility to insure that all Etelesolv’s employees adhere to the TEMIA Ethics Code.

 

  1. Etelesolv observes generally accepted standards of accuracy and truth in advertising, marketing, sales, and all other forms of communication. All of our content in all form represent statements of fact, making statistics, implied comparisons and of particular statements provable.
  2. Etelesolv is committed to disclose to clients any potential conflicts of interest, which may be perceived as conflict with duty to the client including payment from parties associated with service delivery.
  3. It is not our practice to offer payment or gifts to clients or potential clients for their business.
  4. Etelesolv is dedicated to act with professionalism and deal fairly with clients, past and present, fellow members, and the general public.
  5. Our strengths differentiate Etelesolv, we will not disparage competitors or other industry participants in order to sign new contracts.
  6. We treat our competitors as we would want to be treated.
  7. Etelesolv safeguards the confidences of both present and former clients, and we do not accept retainers which may involve the disclosure or use of these confidences to the disadvantage or prejudice of such clients.
  8. Prior to the commencement of client engagements, Etelesolv will establish clear definitions of the services and products to be provided, clear contracts, and make the client aware of the fee structure and all associated costs.
