Channel Partners

Telemanager is distributed internationally through a growing channel partner network including carriers, consultant firms, telecom value added resellers (VARs) and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs). Channel Partners

Carriers

Etelesolv’s "carrier neutral" approach allows us to work with multiple carriers and their customers to ensure efficient supply chain integration.

Telemanager provides a common database for customers and carriers while ensuring data accuracy and automation to improve invoice processing and visibility for both parties.

Carriers offer a carrier-restricted version of Telemanager to their customers or engage Etelesolv to offer full multi-carrier management. In either case, Telemanager works purely on behalf of the customer. Carrier access to Telemanager is restricted to carrier-views to ensure the client can comfortably manage multiple vendors.

Consulting Firms

Consulting firms integrate TeleManager for client mandates requiring outsourced telecom management. Telemanager allows consultants to focus on providing strategic consulting while it consolidates invoices and HR data, runs reports and provides end-user visibility.

Consultant channels provide knowledge and experience surrounding technology choices, carrier recommendations and telecom strategies. They also provide business process outsourcing (BPO) which involves handling Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects (MACD) through call center support.

Telecom Value Added Resellers (VARs)

Telecom VARs benefit from introducing Etelesolv to potential new customers as part of a global offering for telecom equipment or services. Telecom VARs refer Telemanager to clients for the purpose of improving their inventory management and procurement process.

Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs)

In 2008, Etelesolv developed additional functionalities to provide MVNOs with the ability to re-invoice services, create airtime packages, and manage individual customers.

Telemanager acts as a service management and invoicing system by managing credit card payments and requests so MVNOs can concentrate on increasing their subscriber base without incurring additional administrative costs.
