DiscoveryDue DiligenceThe initial stage of implementation should surface the realities of the project in order to execute on-time and in-scope. Due diligence begins with gathering all available data and pinpointing potential challenges and risks. Project ScopeEtelesolv works with the client to determine the scope of the project. This determines what assets and services will be managed under the expense management system. Stakeholder InvolvementDuring Phase 1 we will identify key stakeholders who are to be involved in the implementation process. Everyone involved should understand the benefits of the system and objectives of the project. Project RequirementsAdditional resources to fill the gaps of system implementation may be required, such as Managed Services. Other unique requirements that may be discovered during this phase include any unique items such as billing formats, systems integration, custom reports, language, hosting, security policies, technical or financial compliance, and other technicalities. |
Data EntryData GatheringDuring this phase, our Project Managers (PMs) will guide clients to locate and extract data from two main sources of data: company data, and telecom data. Data CleansingAll data files are reviewed and fixed (if necessary) before continuing to the next step. |
