The initial stage of implementation should surface the realities of the project in order to execute on-time and in-scope. Due diligence begins with gathering all available data and pinpointing potential challenges and risks.
Etelesolv works with the client to determine the scope of the project. This determines what assets and services will be managed under the expense management system.
During Phase 1 we will identify key stakeholders who are to be involved in the implementation process. Everyone involved should understand the benefits of the system and objectives of the project.
Additional resources to fill the gaps of system implementation may be required, such as Managed Services. Other unique requirements that may be discovered during this phase include any unique items such as billing formats, systems integration, custom reports, language, hosting, security policies, technical or financial compliance, and other technicalities.
During this phase, our Project Managers (PMs) will guide clients to locate and extract data from two main sources of data: company data, and telecom data.
All data files are reviewed and fixed (if necessary) before continuing to the next step.
Mass Data Download
After data has been prepared, it is loaded into the system to include asset information, service costs, employee and company data.
Initial Discrepancy Report
The initial discrepancy report will run an inventory cross check against invoice information and manual verification to identify unused services and identify any gaps in the database.
Any requirements identified in Project Requirements (Phase 1) will be implemented.
