The WEB programmer analyst is responsible for application development on assigned projects. He or she must contribute to team efforts under a structured methodology. The WEB programmer analyst reports to his or her team leader or project manager. The candidate must have experience in web application development.

Job description

The QA Manager (Service Desk Manager) ensures the ongoing quality assurance operations related to web and e-commerce services. As Service Desk Manager, the QA Manager dispatches all client service inquiries, manages QA technicians and approves the quality of a number of deliverables. Strong communication skills in both French and English are mandatory.
