PROFILE, POLICIES, AND RULES MANAGEMENT
With thousands of lines, assets and employees, TeleManager needs to use a sophisticated set of automated and user defined rules to filter out problems that need immediate attention. These rules are applied to individuals, groups or services. At invoice loading the rules are evaluated and a violation report is created. The system administrator can then send out individual or mass notices to the subscribers who triggered the assigned rules. TeleManager offers two levels of notification: warnings and alerts. The administrator may decide when to alert the employee and his¬/her manager.
